FROM DIAGNOSTIC TO MASTERY
Practice the skill, not just the test.

The diagnostic shows you where your narrative is exposed. The Defensibility Simulation teaches you to close those gaps — through facilitated, scenario-based practice.

Three formats · Half-day workshop · Multi-week course · In-house program

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Common questions
What exactly is a narrative stress-test?

A structured diagnostic that tests how well a narrative holds up under scrutiny — across the six dimensions of defensibility, in a specific context like an earnings call or board presentation.

What do I actually get from running one?

A defensibility score across all six dimensions, a breakdown of where your narrative is exposed, and exposure points ranked by context — before the room, reviewer, or market finds out.

Do I need to upload anything or share internal data?

No. Stress-tests begin from publicly observable evidence — disclosures, listings, published terms, current behavior. Deeper internal evidence is a separate stage, if ever needed.

How long does it take — and what happens after?

Each free stress-test takes 5–6 minutes and returns a result immediately. The facilitated simulation is a deeper engagement — half-day workshop, 4–6 week course, or custom in-house program.

Is it free? What's the catch?

Free, no credit card. The diagnostic shows where the gaps are; closing them is where deeper engagement lives — but that's a choice, not a requirement.

What is the Defensibility Simulation?

A facilitated practice session where you bring a real narrative and stress-test it against the same six dimensions — with adversarial review, structured feedback, and a remediation roadmap. You leave with scored feedback and a written debrief.

How is the simulation different from the diagnostic?

The diagnostic identifies where your narrative is exposed across six dimensions — 2 minutes, free, immediate. The simulation teaches you to close those gaps through facilitated, adversarial practice. Paid, guided, three formats.

Who is this built for?

Three audiences. Professionals defending a public or investor-facing narrative — executives, founders, IR, legal, communications, marketing, and independent practitioners. Educators in management, engineering, law, and communications. Students preparing for capstone defenses, case competitions, and interviews. Same standard of scrutiny; different contexts.
